By accessing the Website, registering as a client or member, or booking any service, you confirm that you accept and agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & Acceptance

To access Everwell services, you must :

• be at least 18 years old or if under 18 years old, participate only with the written consent and active involvement of a parent or legal guardian,


• meet the applicable medical eligibility criteria as determined following clinical screening and assessment, and


• have the legal capacity to provide informed consent.

Some services may also require:

• medical screening,


• informed consent, and


• disclosure of relevant health information.

Everwell reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue services where participation is deemed medically, clinically or ethically inappropriate.

Subscription Structure

Subscription is personal and non-transferable.

Subscription does not guarantee access to all services and may be subject to waiting lists or clinical approvals.

Subscription tiers, benefits, and pricing may be modified, suspended or terminated by Everwell at any time.

Bookings, Payments & Pricing

All services must be booked in advance to secure availability and an appropriate treatment schedule.

Any prices displayed on our website, articles, brochures, magazines, newspaper publications, or social media platforms are provided for general information purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer. Final pricing is subject to confirmation following consultation and clinical assessment. 

Everwell reserves the right to amend or adjust pricing at any time without prior notice.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

All cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the booking will generate a full payment to be processed and late arrival will shorten your session time.

No-shows will be charged in full.

Unused packages or Subscriptions are non-refundable.

Medical exceptions are reviewed on a discretionary basis only.

Client Responsibilities

You confirm that:

• all health information provided is accurate,


• you disclose all relevant medical conditions,


• you understand the voluntary nature of services, and


• you follow all safety instructions provided.

Failure to disclose medical history may result in service refusal without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, logo designs, videos and protocols is the exclusive property of Everwell and may not be reproduced or disclosed without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Everwell shall not be liable for:

• indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage,


• health outcomes, medical results, or dissatisfaction with outcomes,


• reliance on informational content or provided,


• diagnostic, laboratory, or tests results provided by third parties, or


• Failure, delay, or omission of any third-party services.

Everwell’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the relevant service giving rise to the claim.

Data Protection & Confidentiality

Personal and health data is processed in accordance with UAE Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021 (Personal Data Protection Law), and Everwell’s Privacy Policy.

Medical data is strictly confidential and accessed only by authorised personnel.

Informed Consent

By using our services, you confirm that you:

• have disclosed accurate medical history,


• understand potential risks,


• accept voluntary participation,


• consent to the treatments offered, and


• waive claims arising from disclosed risks.

Separate consent forms may apply to specific therapies.

Marketing & Testimonials

Any testimonials, transformations or performance metrics published by Everwell:

• do not guarantee similar outcomes, and

Force Majeure

Everwell shall not be liable for delays or service interruption caused by events beyond reasonable control, including regulatory changes or government restrictions.

Termination

Everwell may terminate subscription or refuse services at any time where:

• Terms are breached,


• regulatory compliance requires it.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
